Notes

Rum: Dark Rum or Black Spiced Rum are also great in a banana daiquiri. We used Bacardi, use your favorite. Coconut rum is also a great option if you like coconut flavor.
Bananas: Use frozen bananas and skip the ice if desired.
Make it Creamy: Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or 1/2 cup of whipping cream to the blender.
Simple Syrup Recipe: Combine 1/4 cup of sugar with 1/4 cup of boiling water. Mix until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature before serving. Store simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
