Cookie Dough

No Bake Cookie Dough is made safe to eat without eggs. If you are the type to love the cookie dough as much as the baked cookies, this is the treat for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread flour in an even layer.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until flour reaches about 160°.
  • Sift flour and cool before making the dough. Speed up the cooling process by placing in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  • Mix butter, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk, molasses and vanilla at medium speed with a mixer for 5 minutes, scraping down the sides occasionally.
  • Slowly add in the flour, beating about 2 minutes.
  • Fold in chocolate chips. 
  • Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Notes

Cookie dough can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
Freeze in a freezer safe container up to 3 months.
