- non stick cooking spray
- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheese colby-jack or cheddar
- 2 asparagus spears optional
Preheat oven to 325°.
Spray a pie plate with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Add eggs, cream, salt, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes to a bowl and whisk together.
Mix in diced ham, onions, peppers and cheese.
Pour into prepared pie plate.
Top with asparagus spears if desired.
Bake for 45- 50 minutes or until eggs are set.
Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
