Ingredients

  • non stick cooking spray
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese colby-jack or cheddar
  • 2 asparagus spears optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Spray a pie plate with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Add eggs, cream, salt, granulated garlic, red pepper flakes to a bowl and whisk together.
  • Mix in diced ham, onions, peppers and cheese.
  • Pour into prepared pie plate.
  • Top with asparagus spears if desired.
  • Bake for 45- 50 minutes or until eggs are set.
  • Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
