Ingredients

for Cajun Mayo

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Blackened Seasoning

Instructions

  • Toss shrimp with olive oil and 1/4 cup blackened seasoning.
  • Heat a large skillet on the grill or stovetop. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and shrimp.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes until shrimp is pink and curled.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Butter hoagie buns with remaining butter and toast lightly.
  • Mix mayo and blackened seasoning together.
  • Spread mayo on buns if desired, top with creamy coleslaw and blackened shrimp.
  • Serve immediately.
