- 1 sheet Wewalka Puff Pastry
- 2 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 heaping cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
Add peanut butter, softened cream cheese and powdered sugar to a small bowl and stir until smooth.
Unroll puff pastry dough on package parchment. Spread peanut butter mixture in a thin layer over dough.
Sprinkle with milk chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
Roll from the long side, pinching the seam to seal.
Use a serrated knife to slice into about 12, 1 inch slices.
Place on a lined or greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for about 16-18 minutes.
Remove from baking sheet immediately.
