Smoked Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Pat ribs with paper towels until dry on both sides.
  • Mix olive oil and Worcestershire sauce together and rub both sides of ribs.
  • Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, Italian Seasoning, black pepper and salt together.
  • Sprinkle about 2/3 of rub over both sides of ribs, heavier on the meaty sides.
  • Prepare your smoker to 250°.
  • Place ribs meaty side up and cook for 2 hours or until 190°.
  • Sprinkle with remainder of dry rub just before you remove them from the grill.
  • Allow ribs to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with barbecue sauce if desired.
