For Salmon and Egg Toast
- 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Harvest Blends Sprouted Grain Bread
- 1/2 cup cooked salmon flaked or chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 2 eggs cooked sunny side up
- fresh parsley for garnish optional
- salt and pepper to taste
For Salmon and Avocado Toast
- 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Harvest Blends Seed Grain Bread
- 1/2 cup cooked salmon flaked or chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
- fresh cilantro for garnish optional
- salt and pepper to taste
For Horseradish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- pinch of salt
For the Horseradish Sauce: Mix sour cream, brown mustard, horseradish and salt together.
Layer salmon over toast. Top with eggs or avocados.
Drizzle with horseradish sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
