Ingredients

For Salmon and Egg Toast

  • 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Harvest Blends Sprouted Grain Bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked salmon flaked or chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 eggs cooked sunny side up
  • fresh parsley for garnish optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Salmon and Avocado Toast

  • 2 slices Pepperidge Farm Harvest Blends Seed Grain Bread
  • 1/2 cup cooked salmon flaked or chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 avocado thinly sliced
  • fresh cilantro for garnish optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Horseradish Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • For the Horseradish Sauce: Mix sour cream, brown mustard, horseradish and salt together.
  • Layer salmon over toast. Top with eggs or avocados.
  • Drizzle with horseradish sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
