- 1 9 oz package Mini Fillo Shells
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons basil pesto
- 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil sliced thin
- pinch of kosher salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt and pesto.
Spoon into fillo shells and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes.
Mix tomatoes with basil and salt. Top fillo shells and serve immediately.
