Broccoli, Cheese & Ham Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 17.3 oz package Frozen Puff Pasty, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham
  • 1 12 oz frozen Broccoli and Cheese Sauce
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook broccoli and cheese sauce about 4 minutes in the microwave until cheese sauce is melted. Stir together and set aside. Unroll puff pastry and roll out slightly. Cut each sheet into 4 rectangles. Divide broccoli and cheese sauce and ham onto each of 8 rectangles. Fold sides together and ends, pinching edges to seal. Place seam side down on a greased or lined baking sheet. Press lightly to spread filling evenly into pastry. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate to serve later. To reheat- microwave 45 seconds to 1 minute or until heated through.
