Ingredients

  • 3 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup pecan halves or pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Add oats, pecans and almonds to a large bowl, mix well.
  • In a small bowl, combine honey, oil, vanilla and salt. Mix to combine.
  • Pour over oats and nuts and stir until well combined.
  • Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container.

Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
