Ingredients
3cupsold fashioned oats
1cuppecan halves or pieces
1/2cupsliced almonds
1/4cuphoney
2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Add oats, pecans and almonds to a large bowl, mix well.
In a small bowl, combine honey, oil, vanilla and salt. Mix to combine.
Pour over oats and nuts and stir until well combined.
Pour onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes until golden brown.
