- 4- 5 boneless pork chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
Dip pork chops in marinade, coating both sides. Place pork chops in a plastic zip top bag or shallow bowl. Pour remaining marinade over pork chops.
Seal bag or cover bowl and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Preheat grill and grill pork chops - 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through to 145°.
To cook in the oven- preheat oven to 375°. Bake 10 minutes and turn pork chops. Continue to bake 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve immediately.
