Ingredients

  • 5 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 whole fresh pineapple optional

  • Cut top and bottom from pineapple. Slice in half and cut into half moons.
