Dr Pepper Barbecue Ribs are slow smoked and slathered in my famous Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce for the most flavorful and delicious baby back ribs ever.

- 3 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups Dr Pepper Barbecue Sauce
Season meaty side of ribs with salt, pepper and garlic.
Heat grill to 250 degrees with hickory grilling wood.
Place ribs on the grill over indirect heat.
Smoke for 45 minutes, monitoring the heat of the grill, maintaining the heat around 250 degrees.
Baste with barbecue sauce every 15 minutes until ribs are cooked through and reach a temperature of 175 degrees.
Remove from grill and allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
