There is a local pizza place by my house that makes the best garlic knots. I always get them whenever I go there. I’ve always thought they would be so fun to make at home. Adding white cheddar sounds so good!

Is it bad that I’d rather eat a whole basket of these for dinner with just a side of pasta? Rather than the other way around 😉 Loved that you used white cheddar for the cheese.

Oh yes please! I’ll take 7! Seriously, I’m sure that’s as many as I’d eat! These look lovely and good job for making them from scratch! Many people don’t realize that everything tastes so much better when it’s homemade and truly doesn’t take much more time. I want to make these right now!

I finally overcame my fear of yeast last year and now I absolutely love bread baking. Also? I could make a meal out of these. BUT I’ll wait to see the entire 15 course. Lol.
