Pinto Beans

Ingredients: -Dry Pinto Beans -Water -Kosher Salt -Ham Bone or Ham Chunks

Rinse & Sort Beans Discard Broken Pieces, Rocks, & Debris

Cover beans with water. Boil  30 minutes. Drain the beans.

Cover beans with water again. Return to Stove.

Add  ham chunks

Cook for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every  30 minutes. Season with salt during last 30 minutes.

Serve with cornbread
