Pour melted butter into a 9 x9 baking dish

Sprinkle Brown  Sugar Over  Butter

Top with Pineapple Rings

Whip the  Egg Whites

Mix Sugar Eggs Pineapple Juice Vanilla

Add Flour Baking  Powder Salt & Mix

Add Whipped Egg Whites

Fold in Whipped Egg Whites until well incorporated

Fold in Whipped Egg Whites until well incorporated

Pour batter over Pineapple Slices

Bake for  30 - 35  Minutes

Invert onto Serving Plate

Top with Maraschino Cherries

Slice and Serve
