Fried Onion Rings

Slice onions. Mix flour with Creole seasoning and d salt. Add buttermilk to a bowl.

Dredge onion in flour, dip into buttermilk and back into flour. Place on a lined baking sheet. 

Place onion rings in a single layer. Add parchment paper between layers. Freeze for 15 minutes for batter to stick to the onion rings.

Heat oil to 350°. Fry onion rings a few at a time.

Turn onion rings and continue to cook until golden brown.

Remove to a wire rack lined with paper towels to drain.

Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
