Easy Deviled Eggs

Cook eggs in boiling water for 11 minutes.

Remove to an ice bath for 10 minutes.

Drain - crack on the large end and remove shells.

Slice eggs in half.

Place yolks in a bowl and mash with a fork.

Add mayo, dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper..

Mix well and fold in smoked paprika.

The mixture should be smooth without lumps.

Pipe into egg whites. Garnish with fresh thyme.

Chill until ready to serve.
