Crispy  Chicken Fries

Make honey BBQ Sauce  Ketchup +  Honey Brown Sugar  Worcestershire sauce Dijon Mustard + Chili Powder Granulated Garlic + Onion Powder +  Kosher Salt +  Black Pepper. 

Cut chicken into 1/4 inch strips.

Make the breading with flour, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.  Beat an egg with milk.

Sprinkle chicken with corn starch. Dip chicken in egg and milk. Dredge in flour. Place on a lined baking sheet.

Fry chicken in batches in vegetable oi until chicken reaches 165°.

Drain on a paper towel lined wire rack.

Place chicken fries in a bowl.

Drizzle with honey bbq sauce.

Toss until lightly coated.

Serve immediately.
