Southern Cornbread Dressing

Bake a pan of cornbread.

Cut 4 slices of bread into cubes and toast.

Cook onions, celery and garlic in butter.

Add cream.

Crumble the cornbread in a bowl.

Add bread cubes and sauteed vegetables.

Add seasonings.

Mix well.

Pour into casserole dish & bake 1 1/2 hours.
