Cheesy Hashbrown  Casserole

Peel & shred potatoes. Squeeze out excess liquid.

Peel and dice the onions.

Peel and dice the onions. Place potatoes, onions & shredded cheese in a bowl..

Mix melted butter, heavy cream, sour cream, chicken base, salt and pepper together.

Pour into 9 x 13 inch dish. Top with more cheese. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour.
