Candied Pecans

Ingredients

Make the glaze with brown sugar, butter, rum, salt & cinnamon. 

Bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute.

Mix in pecans.

Spread onto parchment lined baking sheet. 

Bake 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes.

Cool to room temperature & serve.
