Tex-Mex Chicken Mac and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 box Horizon Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ⅓ cup Silk Soy Milk
- ⅓ cup salsa
- 2 cups cooked and diced chicken
- Diced avocado and cilantro for garnish *optional
Instructions
- Boil macaroni and drain. Add butter, soy milk, salsa and cheese packet to a sauce pan and stir to combine. Add drained macaroni and chicken and cook over medium heat until heated through. Serve immediately. Garnish with avocado and cilantro if desired.
