Sweet Tea & Peaches are two of my favorite summer things and I put them together in a cool summer treat!
These Sweet Tea & Peach Popsicles were inspired by my oldest son's love for the Peach Sweet Tea from Sonic and I have to say they were pretty refreshing when the temperatures were above 100 degrees.
Popsicles are pretty much on my agenda every day during the summer, they are so fun to experiment with and can be prepared in about 5 minutes.
Actually making popsicles is not that exciting but I do have a couple of really exciting things to share with you. Our family has packed up and moved from our Wyoming ranch to Oklahoma! We will still be ranching and the recipes will still be coming from my kitchen.
Our new place is quite close to several awesome fishing/swimming lakes and I have quite a few pecan trees and fruit trees on the new ranch. I am loving it!
My pretty new yard! Just look at that grass!
The other piece of news involves my barbecue sauce. Pine Ridge Barbecue Sauce (which is now owned by the Herbadashery) was mentioned on the Wall Street Journal, and as you can imagine, I was a little more than excited! Be sure to click on over and read the article. Too cool!!
And as for the Sweet Tea & Peach popsicles, they are fitting in quite nicely with our southern summer!
- 1 cup sliced peaches
- 2 cups sweet tea
Add peaches and sweet tea to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
