					<description><![CDATA[Fantastic recipe! Makes quick and easy stuffed waffles. I bought sausage from the local butcher and removed it from the casing before cooking. I chopped it while cooking and it was amazing! 

I also had to make a batch dairy and gluten free so I melted 3/4 cup of vegan mozzarella cheese with 1 oz almond milk cream cheese. Then I mixed in a little more than 1/2 cup super fine almond flour. Put it in the fridge for 15 min. Then rolled out the dough between parchment paper. Cut the dough in half and made sausage stuffed waffles with those! And they were good!]]></description>
