Hi, this was my first attempt at baking a stuffed pork tenderloin and I’m not to proud to say it was delicious. I’m sure I’ll get a little better at cutting the pork tenderloin but it stayed together with tooth picks and looked nice. I used italian seasoning and Cajun mix for the outside and baked in the oven on a cookie sheet. I used a meat thermometer and checked the temp at about 20 minutes, but had to cook another 10 minutes. I served this with gnocchi and Alfredo sauce. My husband really enjoyed the pork tenderloin and suggested we have this again. Thank you for sharing your recipe. I am typing this from Gardiner Lake, Ontario, Canada, Cheers

Hi Janet,
I think that would be delicious but I would suggest just wrapping the bacon around it from the start. If, the bacon starts to brown too quick, just tent loosely with foil.

Hi Bonnie,
You can use any combination of vegetables like bell peppers or a combination of cheese and breadcrumbs would work. I hope this helps.
