Have you ever made using puff pastry instead of pie crust?

Well you can buy strawberries all year long and in the south, strawberry season starts in February. I hope that makes sense, it’s a great recipe to feed a crowd any time of the year.

I made this exactly as written and served it with some homemade whipped cream. It released perfectly from the pan and it was a big hit with my family
