Hi Claudette,
 Yes you can freeze it in an airtight container or a freezer bag up to 3 months. You can thaw it in the refrigerator before reheating in a skillet or in a covered casserole in the oven. I would add just a bit of liquid (water or broth) to make it heat up better. I am so glad you enjoyed it.
