Hi Patricia,
I am so glad you enjoyed the spaghetti casserole. Thanks for letting me know that I was missing a step, I have updated it. The other cup of mozzarella gets mixed in with the cream cheese and cottage cheese. I hope you find more recipes to try.

Loved the casserole…easy to prepare and delicious. Your recipe calls for 3 cups mozzarella cheese divided, 2 cups on top…what do you do with the other cup of cheese?
