I found the coolest blog called Make it Do and that's where I found these super easy and super tasty S'more Treats. Check out Calli's blog, she has everything! Great recipes, craft projects, tips for cleaning, stuff for the kids, and she sews, it's so creative. I wish I could sew! Anyway back to the S'mores, I loved them as much as the kids did. Grahams cereal is one of my favorites and pour on some chocolate and it's superb! The best part is that I made this in like five minutes. About once a year our school has crazy testing schedules and I send in snacks for the whole class and I know these will be a big hit. I do have to warn you, they are addictive! What's your favorite snack mix?

Ingredients:9 cups Honey Grahams Cereal (like Golden Grahams) ¾ cup Light Corn Syrup 3 tablespoons Butter 1- 11.5 ounce package Milk Chocolate Chips 1 teaspoon vanilla 2-3 cups mini marshmallows Cooking Directions: Grease a cookie sheet with butter. Measure 9 cups graham cereal into a large mixing bowl. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, butter and milk chocolate chips. ( I melted it all together in a glass bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals- about 2 minutes.) Stir constantly until chocolate chips are melted and ingredients are combined. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal and stir quickly until cereal is coated with chocolate. Stir in the marshmallows. Pour mixture onto cookie sheet and using a slightly damp hand, press into the pan. Will keep in an airtight container for a couple of days. Enjoy! Miss
