Mac and cheese is definitely in the top five for my favorite foods. I have started to experiment beyond the blue box that I grew up on and today’s recipe is the type of comfort food that I have been craving.
A few simple ingredients, one pot and about 30 minutes in the kitchen and you will have a fabulous dinner on the table! I used my Farberware 5 qt Dutch Oven to cook the pasta, then I browned the sausage, made the cheese sauce and stirred it all together. It was perfect on a busy weeknight and the nonstick interior made cleanup a snap!
