Wow, this was delicious. I used Chardonnay instead of cooking wine and bone in pork chops and we will definitely make again!!! I was worried that all the reviews were from people who had not yet made it yet, but it’s a keeper. Gravy is like beef stroganoff.

I haven’t tried it with steak but I think it would be really delicious with chicken. Let me know if you try it.
