					<description><![CDATA[why do people not understand what a comment is meant to represent when reviewing a recipe?
 #1, it simply is meant to provide a rating on the quality or result of the recipe.
ie: the taste, appearance, structure of the finished product where applicable, such as volume or size etc.   These are some of the basics of quality judging the end result of said recipe.
It&#039;s rather annoying to read blank comments, like &quot;can&#039;t wait to make it&quot;.
Who really cares if you&#039;ll ever make it.  It&#039;s a waste of time to review comments when there is no worthwhile  effect of such comments. It&#039;s about as useful as saying who you made it for. Who cares.]]></description>
