Hands-down – PURE COMFORT FOOD! My oldest son could eat only potatoes and be happy for the rest of his life, so I know I have to make this soon. My cheeks are seriously tingling in anticipation a little looking at these photos….

Oh my, these Irish eyes are smiling with this dish Milisa! There is no better side dish to me that potatoes, especially when you have them bathing in a rich, cheesy bechamel sauce. I am now dreaming of this for every meal for the rest of the year, LOL! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
