Hi Stacey,
It is possible that you didn’t have enough powdered sugar or it could possibly be the brand of peanut butter that you used. I used skippy peanut butter and I’ve made it with Jiff before also. I hope this helps.

My butter peanut butter and powdered sugar was not thick it was runny. What did I do wrong 😑
