Thanks for letting me know how it turned out. We have some short ribs in the freezer, we will have to give it a try on the smoker.

In reply to Milisa. They were very good in the smoker. I think they would have benefited from more ginger and more garlic but they came out very tender, the bones slid out immediately and the meat fell apart. Very nice.

Have you tried braising these in a smoker for longer at a lower temperature? I’m thinking about doing them in a foil pan in the smoker at like 220 but following the rest of the directions.

Beef short ribs are such a treat of a meal – love these flavors of peach and ginger with them!
