I made this with frozen okra which after they defrosted I laid them on paper towels to thoroughly drain. I picked them up with paper towels to make sure they weren’t too wet then I baked them. I made it for our family Soul Food dinner along with your recipe for Blooming Onion Sauce & Roasted Red Pepper Sauce HUGE HIT!!! Definitely will made it again.

Hi Kevin,
I have not tried freezing them but I really think it would work just fine. I would place each one on a small piece of parchment paper and flash freeze them before placing in a freezer bag or vacuum seal bag. Let me know if you try it!
