This way you don’t have to go through the commentary. You can make cookie crumbs yourself. Use a Dutch coca recipe add the dry ingredients plus butter, mix and use like a graham crust. NEVER use Oreos. They are full of GMO’s and many other chemicals. Faster is not better for your family. GMO’s ruin their DNA & immunity. READ labels. If it does not have the nonGMOproject logo on it, do not buy it.period

I made this per the recipe, no changes. The serving size needs to be small, it is very rich,also I layered mine in small jelly jars and I didn’t like the way they looked by me just spooning in the cheesecake, next time I would either put them in with a pastry bag or wider jars….I do not make deserts often but this one was easy to follow and the result looked pretty.

Hi Christi,
This mixture would not work as a truffle. To make truffles, I would leave out the heavy cream and possibly add in a few more Oreo cookies and mix it all together in a food processor.
