It does make 12 mini cheesecakes and the yield is in the top of the recipe card. I hope you get the chance to try them.

We certainly did. I modified it a tiny bit, used espresso powder instead of Kalua and added a touch of salt and vanilla. My daughter loved it so much she demanded the recipe and said she wished she didn’t have to share it. LOL.
