Fantastic recipe! Made this and there were no leftovers. The flavor is so good. Everything turned out great. The pasta was tender and nit rubbery or tough. There was plenty of sauce for dipping the french baguette we had with it, and the combination of the cheeses made for an outstanding dish. I wouldn’t change a thing, but I will be making this many more times. Thank you!
