Hi Kendra,
I am sorry this didn’t work out for you, that is very frustrating. I have made these many times with no issue. I have noticed not all white chocolate is the same and it is possible that the brand of white chocolate could have been the issue.

Did not set well and are sticky. They definitely need more oats to bind everything together. Next time I think I will try 2 cups oats.

Hi Daniel,
You should be able to use the white chocolate baking bars. I would use 3 of them or weigh them, using 11 ounces but I don’t think the extra ounce will hurt anything.

Can you use White Chocolate Baking Bars, in place of the Chips? If so, how much should be used? Each bar is 4 ounces.
