- 2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 2 tablespoons whipped goat cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped kale
- 2 Love Beets Honey & Ginger Infused Beets, sliced thin
Cut toast into 1 inch rounds usuing a cookie cutter. Spread with about 1/4 teaspoon of whipped goat cheese, add a sprig of kale and top with a beet slice.
