I found this recipe a couple of weeks ago. Today I made it for the 4th time. 2 for the family and 2 to different families as gifts. This recipe is quite forgiving. If I’m using up my cheese so it’s a more than called for, I just splash a little more milk in. It’s always amazing and everyone loves it. After making it perfect so many times, I want to urge those who had problems to give it another chance as something must have been completed incorrectly. I’ve used both red onion or green onions, regular milk or oat milk and fresh or frozen spinach and collect the compliments every time. Thank you for the recipe!
