Hi Karen, I am sure they would do just fine in the oven. I would try for 375 degrees for about 18-20 minutes or until they are lightly browned. Let me know how they do if you try them. 🙂

Do you think these could be baked, if you didn’t want to deep fry for (ha-ha) health reasons. (I know it is hypocritical to eat pie crust and lemon curd and then talk about health…LOL) Or would the baking time for the pie crust ruin the lemon curd inside?
