This is THE soup I want when I am sick. And of course I love it when I am not sick.

Love this recipe,I’m going to try this using egg whites,or I wonder if egg beaters would work. Everyone loves this one.

I loved Egg Drop Soup as a kid…ordered it without fail every time we ordered Chinese. Oddly enough, I haven’t had it in years. I need to remedy that situation, because I just want to reach in and grab that bowl!

Milisa, What a lovely and simple version of a soup that one of our family favorites too. My favorite part is the egg – how the strands look so delicate and add such a smooth taste to the chicken soup. It’s still chilly here in the MidAtlantic – I feel like running over to the stove and whipping up a batch right now!
