Maple, Dijon and Rosemary Glazed Ham
  • 7-9 pound Petit Jean Meats Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham
  • ½ cup real Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard (I used Maille)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place Petit Jean Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham into a large baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together Maple syrup, dijon mustard and fresh rosemary.
  4. Brush all over ham and in between slices.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes per pound,
  6. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
