Today I’ve got a perfect after school snack or appetizer for any party. These Easy Roast Beef Appetizers are a delicious bite-sized snack that will please everyone and they are gluten-free. This is sponsored post in partnership with Partners Crackers.
If your kids are as hungry as mine are when they step foot in the door after school, this is a must-try snack! Your kids will be hangry no more and that is a good thing.
With three boys, snacks really have to be substantial to keep them going. I paired some thin sliced roast beef with the Partners Roasted Garlic Rosemary Gluten-Free Crackers, a touch of cream cheese plus a drizzle of barbecue sauce and a few green onion tops.
My boys really loved the flavor combination and it was the perfect snack to tide them over until supper. As I’ve said many times, supper time is so unpredictable on the ranch and snacks like these are so much better than a bag of chips.
These Easy Roast Beef Appetizers are so simple to put together and would be great for last minute get togethers. I might spice them up a little for adult company by adding a little horseradish to the cream cheese next time. The cream cheese was just the ticket to hold the ingredients together and add a creamy deliciousness to these snacks.
