Easy Honey Garlic Pork Chops ~ Grilled Boneless Pork Chops

Take your grilled pork chops to the next level of deliciousness with a quick honey garlic sauce that will have everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients Needed

  • Kosher Salt
  • Coarse Ground Pepper
  • Honey
  • Brown Sugar
  • Water

  • Smoked Paprika

Step By Step Directions

4 boneless pork chops with salt and pepper.

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season with kosher salt and coarse ground pepper.
  • Prepare a grill fire to 350°.

  • Meanwhile, prepare the honey garlic sauce. Add honey, brown sugar, water, garlic, smoked paprika and salt to a small saucepan.

  • Cook over medium-low heat, whisking constantly until mixture is well combined and sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Grill the pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.

  • Flip the pork chops and continue to cook another 8- 10 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.

  • Remove pork chops from the grill and rest 5 minutes.
  • Reheat the sauce over low heat if needed.
  • Drizzle honey garlic sauce over pork chops and serve immediately.

Stove top or Oven Method:

If you don’t have a grill, the pork chops can be cooked on the stovetop in a skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat, flip after 7 minutes and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145°.

To bake, place on a greased baking sheet, bake at 375° for 15- 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°.

  • Store pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
  • Store honey garlic sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  • Reheat sliced pork chops in a skillet coated in olive oil over medium heat, stirring until heated through.
  • To reheat honey garlic sauce, add to a small saucepan and cook over low heat, whisking until heated through. If sauce needs to be thinned, add 1 tablespoon water and whisk to combine.

Ingredients

  • 4 thick cut boneless pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt divided
  • 2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  • Prepare a grill fire to 350°.

  • Make the sauce in a small pan by combining honey, brown sugar, water, garlic, smoked paprika and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.

  • Cook the pork chops over indirect fire with the grill closed for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the pork chops and continue to cook another 10 -15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145° using a digital meat thermometer.
  • Remove from grill and rest 5 minutes before serving.
