Made this for a little girls birthday cake devoured the frosting and then ate the cake. Praise how smooth it is when applying. Chocolate cake and chocolate icing with cheesecake in between.

Best frosting I’ve ever made! Super easy, fast and delicious. I used Hershey’s 100% cacao and half and half instead of milk.

I love this chocolate frosting. I have made it for years, like over 60, when I started baking at 10! It’s good to know it will keep for 3 weeks, but it NEVER last past a day or two in my home. I love it on graham crackers too! Happy holidays.
