Hi Deborah,
It is in step 5 along with the broth, or you can also add it at the end. Since the chicken is cooked, you just need it to heat through.

In reply to /valerie. It is biscuit dough. If you have that in your country you could use that or look for a drop biscuit recipe. I know that biscuits in the US tend to be more of a fluffy airy dough but in other countries it is more dense. I find both good.
